As Black History month ends and we move into Women’s History month, there’s a lot to celebrate! In this episode, I provide my perspective on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and ways to celebrate the diverse communities around us. When we speak a common language, remain curious, aim to learn, and normalize diversity discussions, we can move the needle towards more harmony, unity, and understanding.
