Ep. 86 Find Power in Stillness with Author & Speaker, Jessie Asya Kanzer

Jessie Asya Kanzer is the Author of the book, Don’t Just Sit There, Do Nothing: Healing, Chilling, & Living with the Tao Te Ching. She is a descendant of Holocaust survivors. Her family sought asylum in the U.S. and eventually they made it to Brooklyn, NY. Her passion was acting, and she was in a movie with the now Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Jessie only spoke Russian when she came to America and pursued her American dream of acting but fell short. She then discovered Tao Te Ching (“the way”). Jessie learned about the power of stillness through Tao teachings, and it magnificently changed her life. She learned about the unique journey we are on to become authentic, powerful, and unique beings in the world. Lessons from the East have awakened a higher consciousness in Jessie that she’s helped to awaken in others through her book and teachings. This episode will inspire you and remind you that you are whole just the way you are. There is nothing you lack; with the perspective of “the way,” you’ll realize that you have everything that you need within you.
