Ep. 163 - Dismantling Misinformation

Another mass shooting happens close to home at the UNLV campus in Las Vegas, but why does the reaction feel routine? Florida State Seminoles football team goes undefeated and is told that it isn't enough to participate in the college football playoff series. Misinformation is not the only problem, people just don't want to accept facts anymore. Coach Dez and DJFNA react to Roland Martin's interview with BLM Local Leader Mark Fisher, an example of misinformed and delusional voters.

Ep. 162 - Mental health during the holidays

Formula 1 in Las Vegas makes its mark. what was the good and bad? Also, it's the most wonderful time of the year, but for some it's like the nightmare before Christmas. The holidays can be filled with stress, loneliness, emotional and anxiety due to pressure, unfortunate events or special circumstances. Mental health around the holidays needs to be discussed more to help our friends and family feel heard seen and supported. Coach Dez gives the gift of good advice to help during this season.
